Return & Refund Policy (Important)
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or refunds for products sold in our store.
Exceptions (Only in Cases of Initial Defects or Incorrect Shipment)
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
Only unused and unopened items are eligible, and after confirming the situation, we will determine whether an exchange or refund is possible.

Please include “Order Number / Your Name / Details of the Issue” in the subject line, and attach photos or videos of the relevant issue.
The return address and procedure will be provided after we receive your email inquiry. Returns sent without prior notice cannot be accepted.
Not Eligible
Returns or refunds due to customer convenience (such as size, color, or image differences) are not accepted.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of initial defects or incorrect shipment as described above.
We do not accept any returns for opened hygiene products, custom/personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Damage or Problems During Delivery
Please make sure to check the outer packaging and contents upon receipt.
If there is any damage or quantity discrepancy, please contact info@hilltrend.jp within 7 days of arrival, including the shipping carrier’s tracking number.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days after inspection and approval.
Depending on the credit card company or payment processor, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
If you do not see the refund more than 16 business days after receiving the approval notice, please contact info@hilltrend.jp.
